  7. Roulette is a game for Microsoft Windows 3 based on the standard
  8. casino game.
  9.  
  10.  
  11. Installation
  12. ------------
  13. Copy the two files, ROULETTE.EXE and ROULETTE.HLP, to your standard Windows
  14. 3 games directory and run ROULETTE.EXE.  If you use the Windows program
  15. manager, you can add ROULETTE as an icon to your GAMES program group.  The
  16. two files should be treated as a pair:  in particular, the help file should
  17. be located in the same subdirectory as the executable file and have the
  18. same filename as the executable but with the .hlp extension.
